CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

Selected oral presentations, didactic flash presentations (" My Glycans in 300s ") and posters will be selected from abstracts. A summary model can be downloaded and directly sent using this interface. Authors are invited to indicate their preferred presentation type: oral communication, poster or flash presentation. Please indicate if you are agree to be recorded (Only one of the two sessions of flash presentations "My Glycans in 300s" will be recorded). Please indicate your preference when submitting your abstract.

The deadline of submission of absttact is October 9^th, 2017. The speakers selected for one oral presentation or flash presentation will be informed at the latest October 13^th, 2017.

Format of the presentations:

All communications (oral, flash presentations and posters) will be prepared in English.

Conferences: 20 + 5 min questions 

Short communications: 10 + 5 min questions

Flash presentations: 300sec (5min) - 1 slide "summary" 

Maximum size for poster is format A0 (85 cm in width by 120 cm in height).

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: October 12^th, 2017

After September 30^th, 2017, registration fees will be increased.

General information concerning registration :

For students / academics / societies / non-academics : Registration fees include access to conferences, breaks (coffee and lunch) and the abstract book. Participation to the Gala dinner on October 18^th, 2017 is possible at an additional cost of 60 €.

For FR3209 BMCT members : The registration is free but mandatory. Participation to the Gala dinner on October 18^th, 2017 is possible at an additional cost of 60 €.

For invited guests : The registration is free but mandatory. The dinner of October 18^th, 2017 will be complementary. For a question of management, please do not register for the dinner.

A certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the workshop.
